These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and laky55 (hereinafter "laky55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at laky55.bio.

By accessing laky55.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You have not previously had an account on laky55 suspended, restricted, or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by laky55 or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any condition that would impair your ability to make informed decisions regarding gambling.

Players from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and all other cities and provinces of Pakistan are welcome to register on laky55, subject to meeting all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on laky55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or household addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 KYC Documentation

laky55 reserves the right to request the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds established by laky55's compliance team.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. laky55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify laky55 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

laky55 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, game balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions conducted through supported payment methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

laky55 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK. laky55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the laky55 cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• laky55 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Deposits that cannot be verified against your KYC documentation may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your laky55 account.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• laky55 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to payment network conditions.
• laky55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

laky55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. The general conditions applicable to all laky55 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. laky55 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.

In the event of any inconsistency, game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that specific game only.

6.1 Casino Games

Confirmed bets are binding. laky55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to a technical error, mispriced odds, or an obvious pricing mistake.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session or bet placement, laky55 reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. laky55's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game or bet is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in the platform's support documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the laky55 platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity;
• Attempting to launder funds or use the platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing laky55 staff or other players;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to laky55 systems or another player's account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting laky55 support.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use any laky55 brand assets, trademarks, or logos in any manner without written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any laky55 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laky55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the laky55 platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, laky55 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events outside laky55's reasonable control including network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game information;
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform.

In no event shall laky55's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action exceed the total amount deposited by you into your laky55 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laky55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on laky55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your laky55 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by laky55

laky55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7. In cases of termination for cause, laky55 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laky55 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and laky55, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting laky55 customer support. laky55 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by laky55's gaming licence authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
